The cellular fabric folds neatly as the shade is raised. Choose from four Classic BO neutral fabrics, all with standard cordless lift. The illustration does not establish the exact physical cell size.

Measuring and fit
For inside mount, measure the opening at three widths and three heights to the nearest 1/8 inch. Enter the smallest width and height as-is. Do not make deductions; Novo makes the allowances. For outside mount, confirm dimensions and clearances with our team. See the illustrated measuring guide.
Fabric and appearance
The fabric selectors and fabric photo buttons show real source photography. Bedroom views illustrate colour and form. Use a physical sample to settle colour, texture and light control. A later batch may vary.
Delivery and installation
Online blind orders are shipped to you; installation is arranged separately. We ship within Canada only: $19 below $199 and free at $199 or more, before tax. Samples have $25 postage included in their price.
Confirm the production estimate and supplied hardware for your order. Follow the installation instructions for your product and mounting surface. Read delivery guidance.
Measurements and product warranty
Please check each window’s measurements and selected options before ordering. If your blind is made correctly to your order but the measurements you provided are incorrect, a free remake is not included. Contact us to discuss the available options and any cost before you decide. This does not change how we handle manufacturing defects, delivery damage or errors made by Novo, and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
These measurement terms apply to orders placed when this online store launches. Terms already promised for an earlier purchase or written offer remain in place.
