Your online order is for blinds shipped to you. Installation is arranged separately.
Delivery
We ship within Canada only. Blind orders have $19 flat-rate shipping below $199 and free shipping at $199 or more, before tax. Fabric swatches are free; C$25 per sample pack covers postage. Sample-only orders have no extra checkout shipping. For mixed orders, samples count toward the C$199 order threshold. No US or international shipping.
Production and timing
Estimated production time is 2–3 business days after your order details are confirmed. Carrier transit time is additional. Contact us before ordering if you need your blinds for a specific date.
When your order arrives
Check the packaging and contents, keep the room labels with each blind, and contact contact@novoblinds.ca promptly about damage or missing items. Keep packaging while an issue is reviewed.
Installation
Match each blind to its window and follow the instructions supplied for that product and mounting surface. Confirm brackets, fixings, clearances and control placement before drilling. Ask us for help if you are unsure.
