Measurements and your order
Please check each window’s measurements and selected options before ordering. If your blind is made correctly to your order but the measurements you provided are incorrect, a free remake is not included. Contact us to discuss the available options and any cost before you decide. This does not change how we handle manufacturing defects, delivery damage or errors made by Novo, and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
These measurement terms apply to orders placed when this online store launches. Terms already promised for an earlier purchase or written offer remain in place.
The 5-year warranty
Every blind we ship is warranted for 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship: components, brackets, fabric delamination, and cordless or motor mechanisms under normal home use. If a part fails, we repair or replace it.
