Shipping policy

Your online order is for blinds shipped to you. Installation is arranged separately.

Delivery within Canada

We ship within Canada. We do not offer US or international delivery through this store.

Orders containing blinds or accessories have C$19 standard shipping when the order subtotal is below C$199, and free standard shipping at C$199 or more. The threshold uses the order subtotal after discounts and before tax, including any fabric sample packs in the same order.

Fabric sample postage

Fabric swatches are free; each sample pack’s C$25 price covers its postage. There is no additional checkout shipping charge on sample-only orders, regardless of the number of packs. Adding samples to a blind order does not add a separate sample-shipping charge; the standard order threshold above still applies.

Production and transit

Estimated production time is 2–3 business days after your order details are confirmed. Carrier transit time is additional.

Blinds are made in Canada. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Any carrier transit estimate shown at checkout starts after dispatch; it is not the time required to make your blinds. Contact us before ordering if you need the blinds for a specific move-in or installation date.

When your order arrives

Check the packaging and contents, keep the room labels with each blind, and email contact@novoblinds.ca promptly about damage or missing items. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Delivery damage and errors made by Novo are handled at our cost under our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Installation

Match each blind to its window and follow the instructions supplied for your product and mounting surface. Confirm brackets, fixings, clearances and control placement before drilling. Ask us for help if you are unsure.
